In his own unique style the Chicago based singer/songwriter/violinist Andrew Bird mixes Gypsy, Folk and Rock. Besides the violin Bird plays tons of other instruments on which he produces the most unusual sounds.
On stage, with no more than a violin, electric guitar, a glockenspiel and a sampler, Bird brings an entire band to life. Self he says: ‘I re-writes my songs every night for the audience’. Bird is also known for his work with his group Andrew Bird’s Bowl of Fire.
