| On the 28th of June indie rock band The Evangelicals came to a church you might know as Paradiso and spread their message of music. About The Evangelicals The Evangelicals are a slightly psychedelical and exciting indie-rock band from Norman, Oklahoma. The band of core-member Josh Jones follows where other Oklahoma bands like The Flaming Lips and The Starlight Mints have gone before. Josh Jones started the Evangelicals in 2005. After completing the 2006 debut album ‘So Gone’, he teamed up with bass player Kyle Davis, drummer Austin Stevens and later on guitarist Todd Jackson.
