MY DYING BRIDE CONCERT OUT ON DVD
Friday, June 6th, 2008| About a year ago, April 20th 2007 to be exact, we had the privilege to record the legendary metal band My Dying Bride. They were playing at a packed Paradiso and it turned out to be an amazing concert!The band liked it so much that they decided to release it on DVD. They released a 2 disc CD/DVD in digibook packaging, titled ‘An Ode to Woe’.
My Dying Bride, including newest members Dan Mullins (drums) and bassist Lena Abé, alongside original members Aaron Stainthorpe and Andrew Craighan (the line-up completed by Hamish Glencross on guitars and Sarah Stanton on keyboards), storm through renditions of favourites from as far back as their 1992 debut As the Flower Withers, right through to latest studio album, A Line of Deathless Kings, and not forgetting the inclusion of timeless MDB classics like The Cry of Mankind.
