It took a few band changes, but in 2003 Tjeerd Meindersma and Leon Caren found their perfect consort in bassist Mila and drummer Hajo and Blues Brother Castro was founded.
With their independent released EP Flirt the rockband received nothing but critical acclaim. Followed by performances at Dutch festivals like Parkpop and Metropolis and Paradiso, BBC built up a notorious live reputation. In 2004 Flirt was followed by their debut album Money Maker Me
