The world got to know Dutch saxophonist Cany Dulfer (1969), daughter of saxophonist Hans Dulfer, in 1990 through her solo debut 'Saxuality'. One year before her debut she had already recorded the hit 'Lily Was Here' with Eurythmics frontman Dave Stewart.
Over the years Candy Dulfer has played with a diversity of great names in music, among which Prince, Dave Stewart, Maceo Parker, Van Morrison, Beyonce, Pink Floyd and Aretha Franklin.
Candy's record 'Candy Store' was released in 2007. This is a groovy and funky record on which she mixes a kaleidoscope of styles.
