BIOGRAPHY

Holly Miranda is a gifted singer and musician from Detroit. At a young age she learned to play the piano and taught herself to play the guitar and the trumpet.
In 2001 she self-released her debut 'High Above The City'. Two years later she met producer and pianist Alex Lipsen. Together they formed the four piece band The Jealous Girlfriends. In 2005 they released their debut 'Comfortably Uncomfortable', followed by 'Jealous Girlfriends'.
The pop music of Holly Miranda is a dreamy mix of rock, blues, jazz and soul.
