Hendrik Jan Lovink and Gijs Jolink started the Jovink Duo as friends in 1992. Slowly but steady they grew out from a local duo from the Dutch countryside to an extremely popular band which plays for sold-out venues all over the country.
Jovink & The Voederbietels are known for their combination of humor and pure rock'n roll. For 14 years they've been playing over a 100 shows a year and The Voederbietels have become one of the largest fan clubs of Holland. Their 10th album 'Wakker Worden!' (Wake Up!) was released in 2006.
