Now It's Overhead is the band around singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Andy LeMaster. He worked and toured with a.o. Bright Eyes. Next to LeMaster Now It's Overhead consists of Orenda Fink (Azure Ray), Maria Taylor en Clay Leverett. The first self-titled Now It's Overhead album was released in 2001.
The music of the Athens/Georgia based band is known as dreamy indie rock. Their latest and third record 'Dark Light Daybreak' (2006) is no exception. It's awash in Now It's Overhead's signature moody layers and wall of guitar.
