We all know Peter Morén from the Swedish trio Peter Bjorn and John. Their album 'Writers Block' sold many copies and the song 'Young Folks' was a big hit in 2006. But now it's time for Peter to go solo.
Peter began premiering his own material at intimate New York venues in 2007, focusing on music that was considerably more folksy than his work with Peter Bjorn and John.
Peter Morén recorded and mixed his work in tiny apartments and rehearsal studios in Sweden and the U.S. The result was his lo-fi debut album 'The Last Tycoon', which was released in 2008.
