The Canadian singer/songwriter Ron Sexsmith is known for his intelligent lyrics and songs full of emotion. With his boyish appearance en warm voice this forty year old makes mature popsongs.
The in 1991 self released ‘Grand Opera Lane’ delivered him a record deal at Interscope. 2004’s ‘Retriever’ meant the release of his seventh album. On this record Sexsmith takes distance from the electronic influences of ‘Cobblestone Runway’ (2002) and finds himself back with the more natural sound of his earlier work.
