BIOGRAPHY

Silkstone is a Dutch band formed in 1998. They started out playing mainly grunge rock, but after playing an acoustic session during a radio performance, the band decide to drop their grunge sound to play more of a pop sound.
After supporting Kane in 2000 they drew the attention of SonyBMG, and signed a record deal.
Silkstone's debut album 'For A Reason' was released in 2003, including hit singles like 'Rain Has Come' and 'Ready'. In 2006 Silkstone returned to the studio to record their second album 'Here In Your World' which they will be presenting with this concert.
