BIOGRAPHY

The sisters Asya (1992) and Chloe (1994) started the American indie-pop band Smoosh in 2000. That year they walked into a music store to restring a violin, but left with an entire drum kit for Chloe and the business card of Jason McGerr (drummer Death Cab For Cutie).
McGerr taught Chloe to drum and helped Asya with her song writing. The girls turned out to be very talented and released their debut album 'She Like Electric' in 2004, which was followed by 2006's 'Free to Stay'.
Smoosh have already supported bands like Pearl Jam, Jimmy Eat World and Eels. This time, they open for Peter Moren.
