BIOGRAPHY

Tasha's World is the artist name of Dutch singer and songwriter Natascha Slagtand (1974). The name encompasses all contributors to her development. Tasha's World was born in Rotterdam. She grew up in a musical family where she was influenced by soul, jazz, reggae and hiphop.
In 2001 Tasha's World teamed up with producer and manager Patrick Jacobs of the The Klinik Music Productions. The following years she won an Emma Award and Silver Harp. The unique style of Tasha's World is described as 'hip-soul'. Her second album 'World Domination' was released in 2005.
