BIOGRAPHY

The Beautiful Girls are, as the picture gives away, no beautiful girls. They are three guys from Australia who make music in the style of Jack Johnson and Ben Harper. The Beautiful Girls consist of Mat McHugh (vocal, guitar), Clay McDonald (bass) and Bruce Braybrooke (drums).
In 2004 they released their first full-length album 'Learn Yourself', on which roots, hiphop, reggae, soul and blues are combined. 'Learn Yourself' was followed up in 2005 by the more raw sounding 'We're Already Gone'.
