now one can play the bleus better than walter and his band. i have seen him in holland in a small town that was the best i have evver seen from him. great music man

BIOGRAPHY

Blues rocker Walter Trout was born in Ocean City, New Jersy in 1951. At a young age he started playing the trumpet, but after hearing The Paul Butterfield Blues Band he fell in love with the guitar and devoted his live to the instrument.
Before starting his solo career Walter Trout played with John Lee Hooker, Big Mama Thorton and Canned Heat amongst others. His self-titled debut was released in 1998. With 2006's 'Full Circle' he shows his passion for music is just as great as in his teen years.
